3.Arap-İslam alfabesi: Türklerin topluca İslamiyet'i kabulünden, yani 10. asırdan sonra geniş bir sahada bütün Türk-İslam devletleri tarafından kullanıldı. 4.Kiril alfabesi: Sovyet Sosyalist Cumhuriyetler Birliği hudutları içinde yaşayan(öyle bir hudut kalmadı artık) Türkler tarafından kullanılmaktadır. Kiril Alfabesi, ihtiyari olmayıp, Rus ve komünist emperyalizmin zoraki tatbikidir. Sunî bir Slav alfabesidir. Otuz sekiz harftir. On biri sesli, gerisi sessizdir. Soldan sağa doğru yazılır. Kullanma alanı, Rusya’daki Türkler içindir.
